solid choice!
easy access helpful staff nice garden convenient location
the hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to the u-bahn, made traveling around simple. i found a lidl and dm store very close to the hotel. the staff was very helpful when my mum needed a charger. the hotel also had a garden and bar.
The hotel parking required payment. I paid for a full hour even when i entered briefly to unload luggage.

the breakfast had amazing sunny side eggs, these were prepared perfectly. a convenient store in the lobby operated 24/7. i found it useful for grabbing food during late check-in.

my room was spacious and very clean, i appreciated the comfortable beds. hot water was plentiful, this provided good pressure in the shower. the quiet neighborhood.

small bed smoky smell
i booked a premium king room with the expectation of a king size bed, however, our room had a queen size bed. the staff seemed annoyed when i inquired at the front desk. also, the room had a persistent strange smoky smell i found bothersome.

a charming stay near the underground!
fantastic selection outdoor garden quiet neighbourhood underground station
the breakfast had a fantastic selection of foods! it was all good quality too. the bar was really nice, a big selection of drinks were available. there was a great outdoor garden area. the location was good, a quiet neighbourhood with the underground station and a few restaurants nearby.
The elevator buttons were a tiny bit deceiving. The ice machine was only accessible at the bar.

slow process unprofessional staff
The family room was an acceptable size for my family.
The check-in process was REALLY slow. I was not offered an invoice until I asked for it. Then, they just handed it over, not even bothering to put it in an envelope. This seems unprofessional for such a hotel.

Lovely Stay Near Underground
free parking helpful staff underground station breakfast selection
I found ample free parking on the adjacent streets. The staff was always helpful and available whenever I needed assistance. I appreciated the close proximity to the underground station , made travel easy. The breakfast had a varied selection of choices and good quality items.
I noticed a slight musty smell in the hallways, but it did not affect my room.
